Being a wife to a minor league baseball player is one tough job, and it comes with out the boss status salary it deserves. Hey, I know I'm bias. Thankfully, it's a job that I absolutely love. Through the constant moving, shuttling, cheering and sweating there are a few things that keep me sane.
Prayer & Devotion
I pray. Frequently. He guides our baseball journey, and He provides for us in it. Kyle and I rededicated our lives to Christ last year and our marriage has changed for the better since that day.
Lysa TerKeurst - Author of my favorite devotional of all time, Unglued 60 Days of Imperfect Progress
Gari Meacham - Gari was my small group leader at PAO and an absolute blessing to my life.

Miles McPherson - I love his Miles a Minute App.
David Platt - I have a soft spot for this guy, he baptized me. His book Radical is a must read.
You Play I Pray - A fellow baseball wife's blog and self started business selling adorable apparel.

Paleo & Gluten Free Eats
After switching to Paleo, or at least gluten and dairy free meals, my body and mind have changed for the better. Not to mention we got Kyle up to his goal weight on a partial Paleo diet, and Adelyn loves fruits and veggies. Here are my recipe go-to sites:

Essential Oils
I've recently become hooked on aromatherapy, thank you LeAnne. My husband and I are both strongly opposed to using pills or medicines of any sort, a personal choice. I will use an occasional Tylenol for back pain from a past car accident, otherwise we're entirely pill free. I especially love the synergy mixes and there is an essential oil for every ailment you can imagine.
Edens Garden - A place to buy oils on a budget, most of mine are from Edens Garden.
doTerra - I especially love their "breathe" synergy. A little spendier, but worth it!

Crossfit
Crossfit is an awesome work out and anxiety killer. Period. I started doing crossfit at Crossfit Port St. Lucie, and I was very impressed with their work outs and the owner's training knowledge. To save money, I do their WOD's from a cheaper gym and warm up with 20-25 minutes of cardio. (Crossfit is seriously tough on the body, so make sure to get a good warm up in before doing WOD's with out a trainer).

WOD Daily - If I don't have access to a nice gym, I use these WOD's, they're awesome too!

Minimalist & Thrifty Lifestyle Approach
It's no secret that we move and travel. A lot. Last year alone we lived in Idaho, Arizona, Iowa, Georgia, Florida and Washington. That kind of lifestyle doesn't really work if you have a ton of stuff to haul around with you. At first it was very difficult to start getting rid of my belongings. I worked in a court room before I left for my first season of baseball, and parting with my huge wardrobe at that time reduced me to tears....on more than one occasion. But once it was gone, I felt so free. We've continued to cut back on bulky purchases. We also thrift shop for clothing, Adelyn's clothing and shoes, Adelyn's toys and books, kitchen wares, bikes and outdoors gear. Cutting back on our spending and shopping more thriftily has also allowed us to save more money, pay off more debt, and afford more 'memory makers' like a helicopter trip through the Grand Canyon, a Disney World vacation and a hot spring resort weekend. Less stuff, and more fun, now that's what I call liberating!

Natural Products & Small Business Love
I simply love small businesses and natural products. Ahhhh.
Mountain Madness Soap - From Couer d'Alene, Idaho, our off season home.
Everyday Natural Mama - My favorite natural, aluminum free, deodorant.
Simple Serenity Solutions - Rocking products, and the owner is someone I went to high school with!
Origami Owl - My sweet friend Kendall's small business of precious self-designed necklaces.
Banded Together - Fun hair bands from my friend Ally's small business.

Yoga
After a pretty nasty car accident in 2011 I started doing yoga in hopes of relieving persistent back pain. And it works! I'm pretty lucky to have a rocking yoga teacher in my off season home town, but during the season I survive using Groupon/Livingsocial specials at yoga studios and the following Kindle friendly resources. (You know how I hate toting around unnecessary stuff. How can you beat yoga and work outs on a Kindle?)
Jillian Michaels Yoga Melt Down
Pocket Yoga App
