Navigating the baseball world can be awkward and complicated. For example, if your husband has a bat contract but his bats keeping breaking, what do you do? These are the moments when I'm so very, very, grateful Mike found us. Seriously. I can't afford to buy a $120 bat every week. Thankfully, we now have three new and improved bats on order, and if they don't work out Mike has a back up plan with a different company. He's the best around. In more exciting news, I mastered the art of preparing coconut milk whipped cream today. Save your applause, it's a chilled can of coconut milk (full fat), whipped by hand with some brown sugar and vanilla flavoring. But splendidly delicious!
