Day Eleven

Sledding. Photographs. Love.

We met a wonderful friend this morning who offered to do some casual family photographs for us. When I say 'offered' I mean that it was free, and she is totally awesome! Just some sneak peeks for now, we picked our favorites to send back for editing including these three. (Thank you Lauryn!)

After pictures we hit up some sledding (aka Daddy and I pulling the sled through frosted snow in the park, whoot!) Work out for the day accomplished! Little bean wasn't feeling so great today and after toughing out pictures and sledding she was down for a long nap. We spent the rest of the afternoon snuggling on the couch with cocoa, watching The Lorax and nursing our sore throat. We wrapped the day up with weekly game night, of course. Really starting to love that tradition!

A special thanks to our nations Veterans! Both of my great Uncle's being impressive servicemen, my Uncle Don is a honored Purple Heart recipient. This day of remembrance hit especially close to home this year. My brother has received notice he will be deploying to the Middle East with in the next year. Thank you all who are serving and have served this country, your hard work, dedication and pride are appreciated!
